Elisabeth Rui Jørgensen has extensive experience in business law, with particular expertise in insolvency and bankruptcy, contract law, company law, and intellectual property law.

Elisabeth works with a significant number of bankruptcy estates each year and has broad experience with complex bankruptcy law issues. She assists both companies and private individuals with advice and dispute resolution in corporate law, contract law and other areas of business law. Her background in the public sector, including as a legal officer at the National Insurance Court and senior consultant at the Oslo Enforcement Service, gives her solid insight into administrative processes and public law.
