Hedda works primarily with real estate and construction law. Hedda heads the firm's real estate and construction department.

In construction cases, she represents both builders and contractors in all phases of the construction process, including contract negotiations, claims for defects and delays, and final settlement.

In real estate, Hedda works with real estate rights, land use planning, property development and the purchase and sale of real estate, including transactions involving the transfer of real estate companies.

Hedda regularly litigates cases before the courts.

With experience as a lawyer in the civil service, Hedda has a good understanding of the processes and legal rules in public administration. At Dehn, she works with application and appeal processes and other contact with public authorities. Her work focuses in particular on planning and building authorities, but also other administrative authorities.

Hedda has board experience from companies in the real estate sector.

Hedda holds a master's degree from the University of Oslo, specialising in design, trademark and patent law, petroleum contracts and corporate taxation, and has written a master's thesis on international corporate tax law.

Hedda maintains a high professional standard and works systematically, purposefully and efficiently.
