Ragnhild has extensive experience in advising and litigating in the field of children's law, which includes child protection cases and child custody cases (parental disputes). Since 1999, she has been a hired municipal lawyer in a number of municipalities related to child welfare and health law. Her advice is characterized by a high ethical standard with a particular focus on solving cases in the best interests of the client and the children.

From her practice as a chief negotiator and lawyer in the trade union movement, she has extensive experience in both collective and individual labor law, and has built up good expertise in administrative law.

Ragnhild keeps herself professionally up to date, among other things, through teaching for municipalities and organizations, as well as serving as an examiner at Oslo Met and the Faculty of Law. For several years, she has also supervised master's students at the Faculty of Law in the fields of children's rights and child welfare law. Ragnhild teaches topics such as child welfare law, children's rights, and administrative law, with particular emphasis on the rules regarding confidentiality and the duty to disclose information, health law, and professional ethics. For many years, she has been the regular legal lecturer for the Norwegian Psychological Association's expert training program and will continue as a lecturer after this training is now taken over by the Institute of Psychology. She has two regular courses organized by RBUP, which are held twice a year.

In her work as a lawyer, Ragnhild is clear, efficient and solution-oriented. She has a particular commitment to cases related to children.
